Using a professional photographer's photos without their permission is against the law. That includes scanning photos taken in portrait studios (such as Wal-Mart, Sears, JC Penny's, etc.).

By submitting your order to Keepsake Designs, you agree that you are the photographer or that you have written copyright license from the photographer to allow Keepsake Designs to reproduce your photos in your photo announcement. You also agree to not hold Keepsake Designs responsible for misuse of copyrighted images.

In addition, all of our photo announcement designs, including your e-proofs, are protected by copyright laws. Please do not reproduce them or re-create them in any way without our permission.  That also includes scanning the announcements to make your own prints or altering your e-proof for the purpose of distribution without our consent (e-mail, printing, etc.)

We occasionally are asked to copy or recreate another competitor's card. We respect our competitors' creative works and will not recreate or copy them as we hope they will do the same for us.
