How are the photo announcements printed?
All of our products are printed professionally on luster (non-glossy) paper by a professional photo lab. It looks and feels like a photograph.

How are the cardstock announcements printed?
Our Press Printed Invitations are not photographs, but are produced on state of the art digital printing presses using real liquid ink, not toner like a color copier as some other printers use, to give our press products the look and feel of a very high quality printed piece.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please see our Money Back Guarantee for details.

When can I expect to receive my order?
You will receive your digital proof within 3 business days of receiving your order and photos. There is one day between proof revisions. Once you have approved your final proof, you will receive your order within 7 days. We ship all orders via UPS or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

I have not received my proof within the estimated time?
Please check your "Junk Mail" or "SPAM" folders. Please also add us to your "Accepting Senders" list so that your email filter will not place our email in your spam folder.

Do you accept photographs instead of digital images?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, you may scan them to make digital files that you can then e-mail to us. If you do not have a scanner, places such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, RiteAid, or other photo processing labs, usually have the ability to scan a photo for you and place it on digital media.

What custom colors do you offer?
You can choose from our Color Chart, or if you don't see your color, we can customize one for you. Please Note: Every computer screen is profiled differently. The print color may vary slightly from the color you see on your computer screen.

Can I use photographs from a professional photographer?
Yes, but only if you have written copyright license from the photographer. By submitting your order, you agree that you have copyright license from the photographer to use your images. For more information on copyright, click here.

Why are your prices so much lower than your leading competitors?
Since our opening in 2006, we have not raised our prices, even in these economic times. We have an outstanding relationship with our vendors. Because of this relationship, we are able to provide a high quality, professional product for a competitive price. We want you to be our client and promise to offer you the highest quality product available at an affordable price.

Do I have to pay extra postage for 5 x 5" size photo announcements?
Yes. Additional postage is needed for square envelopes. Check with the US Postal Service for the current postage rates.

Do I have to pay extra postage for 5 x 7" size announcements?
No, a regular First Class postage stamp is sufficient.

Can I re-order?
Absolutely - There is a minimum of 25 to re-order and you will be given the original price sold to you per invitation. Please email us before you submit your reorder so that we can make sure you receive any volume discounts you received earlier.

I have so many photos - I don't know which ones to send you. Can I send them all?
Certainly! We would be happy to select the ones we think would work best for your photo announcement design.

Do you provide extra envelopes with my order?
Yes. Each order comes with one extra envelopes per 50 announcements - just in case! In addition, you may also order extra envelopes at .15/each.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, not at this time.
