PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for photos that
have the highest resolution possible as these will produce the best
product. When you send your photos via email, please make sure to
attach your photos as "files" and not as "photos." Sending them as
photos will decrease the resolution to a size that will not print
clearly. You may have to send your photos one-at-a-time if they
are too large to send all at once. If you do not receive an email
confirmation from us within 1 business day that your photos were received,
please try sending them one-at-a-time or email us to make sure your
photos were received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept photos via online photo galleries
such as Snapfish, Flicker, or
Picasso as these galleries decrease the resolution which will produce
blurry photos.
Along with being professional photo
editors we are also professional photographers so you can be assured we will
make your photos look their best. Please send the original uncropped,
unedited images and we will work our magic. We can change photos to
black/white or sepia.
