EMAILING PHOTOS
Once you place your order, you will receive an
email from us confirming receipt of your order. The email will
also have the email address for you to send your photos to (orders@keepsakedesigns.net).
Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line so
that we can link your order to your photos.
When you send your photos via email,
please make sure to attach your photos as "files" and not as "photos."
Sending them as photos will decrease the resolution to a size which will
not print clearly. You may have to send your photos one-at-a-time if
they are too large to send all at once. If you do not receive an email
confirmation from us within 1 business day that your photos were
received, please try sending them one-at-a-time or email us to make sure
your photos were received. We will let you know if the quality of
your photos is acceptable for the best outcome.
Unfortunately, we are unable to
accept photos via online photo galleries such as Snapfish, Flicker, or
Picasso as these galleries decrease the resolution which will produce
blurry photos.
Along with being professional photo
editors we are also professional photographers so you can be assured we will
make your photos look their best. Please send the original uncropped,
unedited images and we will work our magic. We can change photos to
black/white or sepia.
